UK Delivery Information

We always aim to deliver your orders as swiftly as possibly. Generally, all stocked items should be with you next day if ordered and actioned before 12:00pm. Orders received after 12pm on Friday will not be actioned until Monday

If we have any stock shortages, we will let you know that there may be a possible delay and timescales involved.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

All our parcels are sent out on a signed for basis. Please do not ask to have a delivery left somewhere as this is not possible as a signature will be required. If you are out and a card is left, please arrange for redelivery by the courier or collection from the post office.

If a delivery is unsuccessfully attempted and the parcel is returned to us (sender) by the courier/postal service, we will happily re-send it to you. However, please note, we will have to re-charge for delivery costs. We will contact you should this situation arise.

Click and Collect

We are happy to offer the “Click and Collect” Service. Once an order is received, we shall contact you either via text or email to confirm that your parcel is ready to collect. Please remember to advise us which shop you wish to collect your parcel from.

** Please note that if we are out of Stock of an item in store. We will be out of stock online too, as all orders are dispatched from our stores.
